Refund Policy

Last updated July 16, 2026

Cram Pro is a subscription. How billing and refunds work depends on where you subscribed: on this website (cramaiapp.com) or through the iOS App Store. This policy explains both, and how to reach us if something isn't right.

1. Purchases made on our website

Subscriptions started on cramaiapp.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and refunds for these orders, and the charge on your card or bank statement will appear with a "PADDLE.NET*" prefix. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to these purchases in addition to this policy.

2. Free trial

The annual plan includes a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends; when the trial ends, the subscription starts and the plan price is charged to your payment method. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends to allow for processing.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Cram Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — see section 4 for refunds.

  • Website purchases: use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
  • App Store purchases: manage or cancel in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Refunds for website purchases

If something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, charged unexpectedly after a trial, bought by mistake, or Cram isn't working for you — email support@cramaiapp.com within 14 days of the charge (initial purchase or renewal). Include the email you purchased with and, if you have it, the order number from your Paddle receipt. We'll review promptly and, where appropriate, issue the refund through Paddle to your original payment method; refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We may decline refunds where we detect fraud or abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles with heavy use of the service).

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK, or Norway, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online. Because Cram Pro gives you immediate access when you subscribe, you consent to the service starting right away; this does not remove your right to request a refund under section 4. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

6. App Store purchases

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds for them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you purchased with. We can't access Apple's billing systems, but email us if you need help with the process.
